Meet the Team

Nick T. Ogle received his Undergraduate Degree from John Brown University, a Masters Degree from Denver Seminary in Community Mental Health Counseling, and a Ph.D. in Counselor Education from the University of Arkansas. He currently serves as the Director of Mental/Behavioral Health services at Mercy NWA. Nick currently fills his days with administrative duties, research, and seeing clients. Prior to joining Mercy NWA Nick was a professor at John Brown University for eight years and one of the founders of the Joshua Center, a marriage and family counseling center in NWA. Nick and his wife, Emily, live in Springdale, Arkansas, with their sons Tenney and Sully, and they are currently in process of adopting a daughter.

Morgan Hill recently graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arkansas. She plans to attend a doctoral program in Clinical Psychology beginning in Fall 2016. Prior to joining the team, Morgan worked in a variety of settings, including local psychiatric facilities and advocacy centers. She is currently a post-baccalaureate research assistant in the Laboratory for Emotion and Addictive Processes at the University of Arkansas and volunteers as a CASA of Northwest Arkansas and crisis counselor at Crisis Text Line. In her free time, Morgan loves to spend time with her family and read anything and everything about psychology, medicine, and criminology.

Sarah Raiford recently graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Kinesiology. Prior to joining the team, Sarah worked to foster community relationships on the University of Arkansas campus and served several non-profit organizations. Sarah is passionate about meeting the needs of people in times of crisis. In her free time, Sarah enjoys the outdoors and loves to browse local farmer's markets.

Nikki Rader received a Master of Arts in English from Northeastern State University. She is currently working on a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Christian Ministries at Grand Canyon University. Prior to joining the team, Nikki worked as the national representative for John Brown University's graduate counseling program. She is involved in several non-profit organizations and has a passion for inspiring community involvement. In her free time, Nikki enjoys traveling with her family.
